DeathChess has been forged in the soul-realm and transported to the realm of the living on earth. It is no coincidence that you have stumbled upon this "game" as you may well be the chosen one.
A deal has been struck between the forces of light and dark to find the best chess player this realm has to offer, in order to defend it from onslaughts of the dark Soul Harvester. You will never see this dark force, but know this: the more you play the more souls will be made free.
You can either choose an army of ancient ghosts or the fresh undead to be used as fodder to improve your chess game.
Don’t worry if you start dreaming of chess after this, it will just be your brain preparing for war.
